Our Display Manufacturing Process.
1. Structural Design
Lucky Pop Display have a long-term partnerships to delivery to goods to all over the world that we can proof our goods is safely and speedy arrive customer request space. The product will finally arrive every store and finally bring a big-profit to all customer and achieve the final POP display aim.
2. Mock Up Sample
Normally white sample might take 3-5 working days to proceed. QC department will mock up sample to and check the all details is it accord the sample order sheet. And then they will stick a label to confirm sample could be send out.
3. Receive Artwork
After the white sample confirm, we would send the sample die-cut to the client. Client could send through the artwork by 4 different methods: FTP Server, Web-Cloud(We-transfer), CD & USB, or use messenger(SKYPE, MSN,QQ to transfer).
4. Digital Colour Printing
Digital Printing mainly use for colour sample and match with offset 4C printing machne colour. We have EPSON digital printing machine. We will print out colour proof and send to client to make sure the colour is true. A part of 1C area, we need to know pantone no. to process.

5. Colour Sample
Colour sample is a final step before mass production, we will use digital printing to print out colour paper and stick in white sample. The proposes is check the colour, graphic position overall outlook is according with client requests. We will also build up a colour effective drawing to customer make a final confirmation
6. Printing Down (Ctcp)
We have owned CTCP UV-setter, the strengthens is do not need any film also can exposure in PS plate. And the resolution, colour contrast, dot, imaging results compared to traditional film output, it has greatly improved. Our offset printing can match our digital Colour proofing nearly 80%.
7. Printing
We have owned totally 2 Man-Roland 900 and Roland 700 offset printing machine. The maximum printing area is: 1020mm x 1420mm,740mm x 1040mm, which can be satisfies customer large printing request and keep the cost low. 4C, will according digital printing, 1C will according pantone book.
8. Surface Processing
4 different surface processes: 1. glossy laminate, 2.matt laminate, 3.UV Varnish, 4.Aqueous Varnish

9. Laminating
We also is equipped with a laminating machine, can effectively increase the speed of production and quality control.
10. Die Cutting
Die-Cutting process is one of the important process in Display, we have employed 20staffs in this department to maintain daily work and efficiency. We have totally owned 1 Semi-Automatic Punching cutter and 3 Manual Punching cutter, the large cutting area:1800mx1250m
11. Quality Inspection
In our company’s internal controls, all process from material, corrugated cardboard, die-cutting, printing etc. until delivery also have inspection. We aimed to ensure our quality is the best and no mistake.
12. Assembling/Packing
1) Flat-Packing: flat folded flat one or more set into a box, To save transportation space compression effect, the transportation cost.
2) Solid packing: No need to assemble, the three-dimensional finished goods shipped, save the installation time, immediately put in use.
3) Semi solid packing: semi solid packaging will display rack. fast assembling molding and immediately put into use.
